1. You Must Be 18 or Older

Sinta is a romantic companionship and entertainment platform featuring fictional AI characters. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or access any content on this platform. By registering, you confirm under penalty of account termination that you are 18 years of age or older.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under 18, we will immediately and permanently terminate that account without notice or refund. Any credits or purchases associated with the account will be forfeited. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

2. This is AI Fiction for Entertainment

All personas, characters, names, backstories, voices, and content on Sinta are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental. The AI personas are not real people. They do not have feelings, intentions, or genuine emotional states.

This platform contains romantic and companionship-themed fictional content intended solely for entertainment purposes. It is fiction and does not produce explicit material. By using this platform, you acknowledge that you are accessing fictional entertainment content of your own free will.

3. Not a Mental Health or Therapeutic Service

Sinta is not a mental health application, therapy service, or substitute for professional psychological support. The AI personas are entertainment characters, not counselors, therapists, or mental health professionals.

Nothing said by any AI persona on this platform constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Do not make real-world decisions based on conversations with AI personas. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please seek help from a qualified human professional.

You are solely responsible for your own emotional wellbeing. If you find yourself becoming emotionally dependent on AI personas in a way that negatively affects your daily life or real relationships, we encourage you to speak to a mental health professional.

4. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to share account access with minors or allow minors to use your account. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share content from this platform without authorization.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits purchased on this platform are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the platform fails to deliver the service as described. We do not change or remove features that paying users have already paid for without reasonable notice.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any account without notice for:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user is under 18 years old
• Attempting to circumvent age verification or access controls
• Sharing account access with minors
• Attempting to extract, reproduce, or distribute platform content for commercial use
• Violation of any term in this agreement

7. Privacy and Data Use

Your conversations with our AI personas are private and confidential.We do not publish them, post them publicly, sell them, or disclose them to any outside party. The only systems that ever process your conversations are those strictly required to operate the service, including the AI provider that generates the personas' replies. We will never release your conversations to the public, and we will not disclose them to any third party except where we are legally compelled to do so under Philippine law.

We collect your email address and gender for account creation and content personalization. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Conversation data may be retained in anonymized form to personalize your experience, improve platform quality, and train and improve our AI models and personas. All data used for AI training is stripped of personally identifiable information including your name, email address, and any real-world details you have shared. Only the structure and style of conversations is used, not your identity.

Personal information you share with our AI personas during conversations — such as your name, age, location, occupation, or any other details about your life — is stored solely to personalize your experience with that persona. This information is used only to make your conversations feel more personal and continuous. It is never sold, shared with third parties, disclosed to advertisers, or used for any purpose outside of improving your individual experience within the app. You may delete all stored information at any time by deleting your account.

If you do not wish your conversation data to be used for AI model improvement, you may opt out at any time from your Profile settings. Opting out does not affect your access to any platform features. By using this platform without opting out, you consent to this data use.

We comply with the Republic of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hello@sintaph.com.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of this platform shall be resolved under Philippine jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active users of material changes by email where possible.
